Fill out the application form on this page and pay a $25 enquiry fee. If you are under the age of 18 or need a guarantor, please provide their name and email address

After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign your Pre-Enrollment Checklist, NACCAS Catalog, and Pre-Enrollment Catalog.

Your signed documents and application will be reviewed and signed by our staff
04.
After approval and acceptance, you will receive a link to review our program videos, select the program you want to enroll in, and pay a $75 application fee.
05.
After you select your program and pay your application fee, you will receive an email with a link to electronically fill out your Enrollment Agreement and State Permit form.
06.
After submitting your Enrollment Agreement and State Permit form, you will receive an email with a link to pay for your $20 State Permit Fee, $150 Enrollment Fee, and your Down Payment (If you selected to pay your down payment now in the initial application)
